Our Fleet
We use two types of vehicle. Quad and buggy tours run on Can-Am 1000 machines, and 4x4 tours and transfers use Toyota Prado 4x4s with a driver-guide. Every vehicle is serviced every two weeks and checked again before each tour.

The right machine for each terrain
We use three kinds of vehicle because the desert asks for different things. Quads are agile and light, perfect for learning the dunes. Buggies are stable and comfortable, with a roll cage and harness. Toyota Prado carry passengers and luggage over long distances, on sand, rock and tarmac. Choosing between them depends on how you want to feel: in control, secure, or relaxed.

Maintenance and checks
Every vehicle is inspected before each tour: tyres, brakes, fluids, lights and safety equipment. Sand is hard on engines, so air filters are cleaned frequently and machines are serviced on a fixed schedule. Helmets and goggles are cleaned between rides. Learning to drive in the dunes
