Equipment Information & Vehicle Details
The extra hour lets us take the same automatic quads and harnessed buggies further into Erg Chebbi, so we carry a bit more fuel reserve on the guide vehicle and pack extra bottled water and tea for the nomad-family stop. Helmets, goggles and (on cooler evenings) light gloves are issued at base camp, and each vehicle is inspected before departure just as on the shorter tours. Learn more about our fleet.

With more distance covered, the guide keeps the convoy pace moderate rather than fast, with regular regroup stops at viewpoints so no one gets separated among the dunes.
