Merzouga Quad Biking: The Complete Guide
Merzouga is where people come to ride quads in Morocco. The town sits right against the dunes of Erg Chebbi, so you are on the sand soon after leaving base. This page sets out how our tours work and how to choose one.
Why Merzouga for Quad Biking?
Merzouga lies on the edge of Erg Chebbi, a 28-kilometer dune field with dunes up to 150 meters high. In one ride you cross soft sand, hard-packed plains and rolling dunes, which keeps it interesting for new and experienced riders. Quad tours are well established here, so the set-up is well organised.
