Equipment Information & Vehicle Details
Alongside the quad, buggy and 4x4 gear used on the day tours, this overnight trip includes a proper desert-camp bed setup with blankets and linens, since nights in the Sahara can be cold even after a hot day. Camel-trek equipment (saddles, blankets) is provided for the sunset ride to camp, and each camp keeps a stocked first-aid kit and torches for the night. Learn more about our fleet.
Safety Information
Camp staff stay on site overnight for security and to assist with anything guests need, and torches are provided since there is no artificial lighting once the generator winds down. We recommend warm layers for the evening and pre-dawn hours even in summer, and the camel trek to and from camp is led at a gentle, well-practised pace by experienced handlers.
